About the Q-Form Wizard:
|
|
The Download file will create a
stand alone program which is used to create Forms
for your website. Once installed, the Q-Form
Wizard can create Forms which will Automatically
create Contact Records in your GoldMine Contact
Manager. The Wizard allows you to save your
setting so that you can recreate your Forms or
make adjustments to your settings to create
additional new Forms. The Wizard can create Forms
as plain HTML files which you can modify using
your favorite HTML editor. The Wizard can also
launch the newly created Form into FrontPage to
allow you to modify, add validation, save and
publish the Form Page to your website. Note that
FrontPage must be installed on your computer to
use this feature.

Requirements:
|
|
1. Windows Operating System (Windows
98 rev 2, Windows ME, Windows NT 4.0 SP6a or
higher, Windows 2000 SP2 or higher)
2. Two MB of disk space
4. FrontPage version 2002 Installation is recommended
5.
Occasional issues have been seen with the Windows 2000 operating
system. Be sure you have the latest Service Pack.
Should FrontPage fail to launch your form must be
saved as HTML then opened in FrontPage. |

Downloading the
Installation
file
|
|
1. Click on the "Download Now!" link
above.
2. A dialog box opens and asks you "What would
you like to do with this file". Click on
"Save it to disk"
3. A windows will appear prompting you for the
filename and location. Choose a directory in
which to save
the file. It is recommended you use the default
file name when saving the file.
4. Once you have selected a directory and
filename click OK.
5. The download begins. Please be patient and wait
until the end of the process.

Installing the program
|
|
1. Before installing, close all open Windows
programs to avoid possible conflicts.
2. Using Windows Explorer locate the directory in
which you saved the Downloaded File.
3. The file is an auto-installable executable. Double-click the file to launch the install.
4. Follow the instructions and complete the information requested.
5. Photoshop Users. Occasional memory
problems have been seen with Photoshop. It is recommended you restart your
system and install Q-Form prior to starting Photoshop.
